At Aldene Leather, we want you to enjoy your purchase with complete confidence. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.
45-Day Complimentary Returns
We gladly accept returns within 45 days of delivery.
Return shipping is completely free for customers within the United States.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags included.

We’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label by email.
Simply:
- Print the return label.
- Attach it to your package.
- Drop it off at any USPS location whenever it’s convenient.
There is no need to purchase postage.
Exchanges
Need a different color or style?
Simply let us know when contacting us, and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange instead of a refund whenever possible.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll make it right immediately by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund at no additional cost.
