At Aldene Leather, we believe exceptional products deserve an equally thoughtful delivery experience. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged before it leaves our studio.

Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70.

Orders under $70 will have shipping calculated during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. This preparation time is included in our overall 6–7-business-day delivery estimate.

During new releases, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 6–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that weather, holidays, and carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Exchanges

Need a different color or style?

Simply contact us to begin your return.

As soon as your returned package is on its way back to us and shows movement with the carrier, we’ll begin preparing and shipping your replacement—so you won’t have to wait for the return to arrive at our facility before your exchange is sent.

Our goal is to make exchanges as quick and seamless as possible.
